Day 1: Arrival, pick up from Entebbe International Airport and transfer to hotel
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, an allocated safari guide from Kabira Gorilla Safaris will be there for your pick-up. The guide will be easily identified as he or she will be carrying a placard with the client’s name in the waiting area. After meeting and greeting, the guide ensures your drive to a hotel in Kampala.
Depending on the time of arrival, if you arrive early then including a short city tour can be one way to get introduced to the Ugandan lifestyle. Arriving at the booked hotel, check in, have dinner, and spend the night there. Your guide leaves you with instructions on what time you are expected to wake up the next day.

Day 2: Road transfer from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, your guide will be at your hotel to pick you up for the drive to Bwindi forest. Before crossing the equator line just about 80 Km from Kampala you will stop at the equator for about 30 minutes for photography as well as some geographical experiments at the world’s center line.
The drive continued southwards with lunch at a restaurant in Mbarara town. Arrival at a booked accommodation facility will be in the evening. Check-in and have dinner at the hotel where you spend the night.

Day 3: Bwindi Gorilla habituation in the Rushaga sector
Mountain Gorilla habituation in Uganda
Wake up very early on this day of your habituation experience, have breakfast at the hotel, and carry packed lunch. Your driver guide will ensure the drive to the Rushaga sector headquarter. Here you receive a briefing on the dos and don’ts of gorilla habituation in Bwindi.
You then head to the jungle to meet the gorilla family that you will watch for four hours. During this time the rangers will tell you a lot about the group. After the 4-hour on habituation experience, you then trek back to the park headquarters where you meet the guide to return to your hotel.
You stay at the previous hotel where you relax and have dinner.
