A Detailed 6-Day Kenya Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi-Maasai Mara

Depart from Nairobi via the floor of the Great Rift Valley and have the first stop over at the famous view point to have the scenic view of the rifts then proceed to Narok for freshening then finally to the camp (Miti Mingi Eco Camp) for hot lunch. After 30 minutes of rest have an evening tracking of game of about 2-3 hours then dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full Day.

Have breakfast at the camp then set out for the morning game drive before 8:00Am till 5:00Pm and then have picnic lunch. Maasai Mara is unique in its ways and is covered with savannah grassland on rolling hills which is scenic view. It also has a good track network which allows for close proximity of wildlife and nice photograph captures. Continue with the game drive in this park till sunset. Later dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara- Nakuru.

Have a cup of tea or coffee and proceed for an optional activity of visit to the Masai village. Before 9:00Am get back to the camp and have a full breakfast then proceed to Nakuru while having your lunch enroute. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha and even enjoy an optional fun activity of boat riding. Then finally proceed to Nakuru. Diner and overnight at City Max hotel.
