Mount Sabyinyo Hike | Mgahinga National Park | Uganda-Rwanda

Mount Sabyinyo is a challenging, full-day (approx. 8-hour) hike in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Uganda, that allows standing in Uganda, Rwanda, and the DRC simultaneously. The steep trail features numerous ladders and steep stairs, making it suitable for fit hikers comfortable with heights. The climb starts at 8:00 a.m. with a guide.

One of the eight volcanoes that make up the Virunga ranges of East and Central Africa is Mount Sabyinyo. After mountain gorilla tracking, hiking Mount Sabyinyo is a popular tourist activity.
