Buhoma Lodge Bwindi
What makes Buhoma special
In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma Lodge is a real traveler favorite for those going on gorilla treks. Its prime position, just 5 minutes from the Buhoma trailhead, is its most distinguishing quality. Although it lacks the same sense of elegance as other lodging alternatives at the Buhoma trailhead such Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge or Sanctuary Forest Camp, the lodge nevertheless has a unique personality, and the service is excellent.
Like every lodging option in Bwindi, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable before and after your gorilla walk, and massages and laundry service are complimentary. A straightforward but endearing and lovely lodging that almost never falls short.

The chalets include double or twin beds and are a respectable size. A two-bedroom family cottage is also available.
The main structure is made of wood and thatch, and it has a cozy dining and lounge area as well as a restaurant and bar that serve delectable meals.
